  1. The Station nightclub on Cowesett Avenue and Kulas Road in West Warwick, Rhode Island, caught fire as the band Great White shot off pyrotechnics to punctuate its entrance on stage. Within minutes the building was engulfed in flame and toxic smoke as the highly flammable polyurethane foam glued to the nightclub’s walls as soundproofing ignited.
