ROCKWALL, Texas — A missing six-month-old girl that prompted an AMBER Alert on Monday morning was located unharmed out of state hours later, and her parents face charges, officials said. The Texas Department of Public Safety issued the alert shortly after 8:30 a.m. Monday.
