Arizonans are preparing to vote on a state constitutional amendment to allow abortion up to the point of fetal viability.

Respondents backed Proposition 139 by more than 25 percentage points, 57.6% to 32.2%, the statewide poll of 500 likely voters found.

Arizona voters will decide whether illegal border crossings should be a state crime. Republican lawmakers put the measure on the ballot but they aren’t campaigning or raising money for it because strategists say they don't have to.

Arizonans will have a number of propositions on the ballot this fall that they will need to approve or reject.
